During the guarantee period of your mobile phone, the repairs are free of charge.
Should the guarantee have expired, or a defect which does not fall within the scope of the guarantee be required, we will be pleased to offer you a quotation for repairs.
Please complete the online request form. When sending your mobile phone, please quote the IMEI number of the device. You will find this on a label inside the phone; however, the battery must first be removed. With iPods you will find the serial number stamped at the bottom on the back of the device, or the side of it.
Your personal data, ring tones and pictures, which have not been stored on the SIM card, could be lost during repairs. It is, therefore, advisable to store all your personal data beforehand.
If you have blocked your mobile phone with a code word, please erase this before submitting the phone, or send us the code with the device.
Please ensure that the correct postage is attached; incorrectly stamped deliveries will not be accepted.
