Within the guarantee period laid down by the manufacturer, the repairs will be carried out free of charge.
This guarantee period can be from 12 months to 24 months from date of purchase, dependent on the manufacturer. We are subject to the guarantee provisions of each individual manufacturer for our repairs. It is possible to view these on the website of the individual manufacturers. Even easier - Send us your defect device using the online request form and we will check the guarantee for you. Please enclose a copy of the proof of purchase with your warranty claim.
Should the period of guarantee have expired, or should the damage have been caused due to personal negligence, this will eliminate the possibility of a guarantee claim and the repair will be liable to costs - but in most cases it is still worthwhile.
In this case, we will check the damage to your device and provide you with an offer. The device will then, with your permission, be refurbished and if required, optically upgraded to new phone status.
Important: The unblocking/decoding of a device is liable to charges even during the guarantee period.
